In keeping with our dedication to customer service, any retail purchase from our Pro Shop is fully refundable within 30 days of the original date of purchase as long as the product is in brand new condition1. After 30 days any product purchased from RedTail may be returned for Store Credit2. RedTail is 100% committed to providing the highest level of customer service. We want you to feel fully confident when shopping at RedTail that any purchase can be returned for a full refund or store credit. Even without a receipt, in most cases, we will refund or return your purchase without any hassle.
